Keith Allan Springer

Keith Allan Springer, 63, of Fort Wayne, formerly of Ossian, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Lutheran Hospital. Mr. Springer Was born March 5, 1947 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Gotthold “Whitey” & Alberta (Meyer) Springer. He worked for over 33 years as owner/operator of The NAPA Store in Ossian. Mr. Springer was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, past president of Ossian Lions Club and IN & KY Automotive Wholesalers Association and was a member of Ossian and Poe Fire Departments.

Surviving are his wife, Retha L. (Klein) of Fort Wayne, sons, Matthew John Springer of Fort Wayne and Anthony William Springer of Tampa, Florida, brothers Kenneth Springer of Fort Wayne and Bruce Springer of Yoder, sister Joyce Hoover of Yoder, granddaughters, Belle and Chloe Springer. Services will be Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 16933 Thiele Rd, Ft. Wayne, IN at 11:00 A.M. with calling one hour prior. Calling hours will also be on Monday at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 120 West mill Street, Ossian, IN from 2-5 and 6-9 PM. Burial will be in St. mark Lutheran Church Cemetery.
