1960 - 2013
Danny passed away peacefully on Friday, September 6th 2013 with his family
by his side. He is survived by his wife Robin (Bonser) and son Cole.
Predeceased by his parents Robert and Mary Hellard. Loving Brother to Joan,
Debbie Donaldson (Bruce), Rick (Nancy) and Sandy Stimpson (Greg). A loving
son-in-law to Bill and Sheila Bonser, Brother-in-law to Peter (Pirjo) and
Stephen. He will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Fondly
remembered by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins as well as his OC Transpo
colleagues and friends. A special thank you to all the nurses and doctors
in the 3rd floor ICU department at the Queensway Carleton Hospital for
taking such wonderful care of Danny, your care and compassion for him during
his final days was truly appreciated.
Family and Friends may call McEoy-Shields Funeral Home and Chapel (1411 Hunt
Club Road) on Wednesday September 11 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm.
Funeral services to be held in the McEoy-Shields Chapel at 11:00am on
Thursday September 12 followed by a reception.
At the family's request donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation would be
appreciated.
