Denyse Marie Fernande Potvin LeBlanc

Passed away on July 24th 2016 at the age of 81. She was the daughter of the late Felix Potvin and the late Marie-Louise Bergevin. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Leblanc. She leaves in sorrow her children Michael Leblanc, André Leblanc, Joanne Leblanc, Lynda Leblanc and Diane Jobin Gibson; her grandchildren: Eric, Maxime, Veronique, Nathalie, Sylvain and Stéphanie; as well as her great-grandchildren Emanuel and Carson. She also leaves behind her brother Fernand and her sisters Jeannine and Louise. She was predeceased by her brothers Jean-Maurice and Aurel and her two sisters Lucienne and Huberte. The family would like to thank the Champlain Community Care Access Centre, Home Care, Care for, Dr. Larivière and the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus staff for the good care provided. A Memorial service will be held on Friday, July 29th 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home Chapel (180 Montreal Road; 613-241-3680). The family will receive condolences from 1 p.m. In Memory of Denyse, donations to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated.

Décédée le 24 juillet 2016 à l’âge de 81 ans. Elle était la fille de feu Felix Potvin et de feu Marie-Louise Bergevin. Elle était l’épouse bien-aimée de feu Gerald Leblanc. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants : Michael Leblanc, André Leblanc, Joanne Leblanc, Lynda Leblanc et Diane Jobin Gibson; ses petits-enfants Eric, Maxime, Veronique, Nathalie, Sylvain et Stéphanie; ainsi que ses arrières-petits-enfants Emanuel et Carson. Elle laisse également son frère Fernand et ses sœurs Jeannine et Louise. Elle fut prédécédée par ses frères Jean-Maurice et Aurel, ainsi que par ses sœurs Lucienne et Huberte. La famille aimerait remercier le Centre d’Acceuil Champlain, Home Care, Care For, Dr. Larivière et les employés du campus Général de l’Hôpital d’Ottawa pour les bons soins prodigués. Un service commémoratif aura lieu le vendredi 29 juillet 2016 à 14h en la chapelle de la Maison Funéraire Racine, Robert & Gauthier (180 chemin Montréal, Ottawa; 613-241-3680). La famille recevra les condoléances à compter de 13h. En mémoire de Denyse, des dons à la Société de l’arthrite seraient appréciés.
