Diane Chouinard-Thériault

Diane est décédée paisiblement, dans sa 67e année, à l'Hôpital Élisabeth-Bruyère d’Ottawa, le vendredi 9 juin 2017, ayant enduré avec courage un cancer incurable. Elle était la fille de Rachel Charest et de feu Félix Chouinard. Elle laisse dans le deuil son mari, l'évêque Serge A. Thériault du Conseil international des Églises communautaires, ses enfants Jean-François (Chantal Demers), Mélanie (Mitchell Lenet) et Justin (Amanda Prinsen), sa petite-fille Veronica, ses frères et soeurs Réjean, Daniel Colette, Pierrette, Jacques, Jacqueline, France, Carole, Gilles, Raymond, Charline Chouinard et leurs conjoints, ses beaux-frères et sa belle-soeur André Chartier, Michel, Luc, Jocelyn, Manon, Daniel Thériault et leurs conjoints, de nombreux neveux et nièces, ses confrères et consoeurs de la Société du Précieux-Sang et ses chers amis de l'Église communautaire d'Ottawa-Gatineau, de l'École South Hull et du Club Amical Montfort. La famille recevra les parents et amis à la Maison Funéraire Racine Robert & Gauthier, 180, chemin de Montréal, Ottawa, le mercredi 14 juin 2017, à partir de 10 h. La messe de funérailles suivra dans la chapelle à 11h30. Inhumation au cimetière Beechwood. Un don en mémoire de Diane, à la Société canadienne du cancer serait apprécié.

Diane passed peacefully into God's Love, in her 67th year at the Élisabeth Bruyère Hospital, Ottawa, on June 9, 2017 having bravely endured an incurable cancer. Daughter of Rachel Charest and the late Félix Chouinard. Diane is survived by her husband Bishop Serge A. Theriault of the International Council of Community Churches, her children John (Chantal Demers), Melanie (Mitchell Lenet) and Justin (Amanda Prinsen), her granddaughter Veronica, her brothers and sisters Réjean, Daniel, Colette, Pierrette, Jacques, Jacqueline, France, Carole, Gilles, Raymond, Charline Chouinard and their spouses, her brothers and sister-in-law André Chartier, and Michel, Luc, Jocelyn, Manon, Daniel Thériault and their spouses, many nephews and nieces, her religious brothers and sisters of the Society of the Precious Blood, and her cherished friends of the Ottawa-Gatineau Community Church, of South Hull Elementary School and of the Club Amical Montfort. The family will receive relatives and friends at Racine Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal Road, Ottawa on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow in the Chapel at 11: 30 a.m. Interment at Beechwood Cemetery. Donation in Memory of Diane to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
