Unexpectedly, but peacefully surrounded by her family and friends, we lost a wonderful and beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at the young age of 65 years. Loving mother of Carolina Anton (Doug Meneilley), Diego (Magdalena Lopez) and Bruno Anton. Proud and loving grandmother to Julian, Marisa, Lucia and Santiago. Survived by her sister Ida Steinbach (Alfredo) and her husband Danilo and her sister-in-law Rosario. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road at Albion Road on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 11 a.m. followed by interment.The family wishes to thank the caring staff of the ICU at the Ottawa Civic.
