Died on Friday, April 28, 2023 eight months after her loving husband Ronald to whom she was married 64 years. Ginette was born in Eastview in 1937 to Maurice and Edna (née Paquette) and was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Raymond and Roger. She will be forever lovingly remembered by her four children, Michel (Cathi), Danielle (Guy), Diane (Paul) and Richard as well as her eight grandchildren, Jenny (Charbel), Erin (Kelly), Michelle (Michael), Paul, Émilie (Max), Gabrielle, Matthew, Zakk and her three great-grandchildren Noah, Ava and Mason. She will be missed by her sisters-in-law Cécile, Lise, Pierrette, Carmel, her cousin Claudette, her aunt Jeanette, many nieces and nephews and close friends. The family would like to thank all the staff at the Royal Garden Residence and the Cité Parkway Residence for their care and support. Visitation will be on May 20th from 9:30-10:30 am followed by a celebration of life in chapel and reception at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal Rd, Vanier Ontario. In memory of mom, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ontario or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
