Peacefully at West End Villa on Friday, May 1, 2020 at the age of 81 years. Beloved daughter of the late George Foreman and the late Flora Perry. Survived by her ex-husband William John MacNeill of Prince Edward Island., daughters Susan and Sarah and by her grandson William (Liam) Lavoie. Helen is predeceased by her brothers David and John of New Zealand and she will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends in New Zealand, Alberta and Nova Scotia. Helen enjoyed a long career in medicine, including 20 years as a paediatric anaesthetist at CHEO. The family wishes to thank the staff of West End Villa for their compassionate care. Due to Covid 19 a Memorial Service for Helen will be held when the restrictions are lifted. In memoriam donations to the Federation of Medical Women of Canada would be appreciated.
