Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the General Hospital on July 24, 2012, at the age of 56. Dear son to the late Henri Senior Couvillon and Fernande Osborne. Dear father to Caroline Beaulne. Dear brother to Nicole (Guy) Leblanc, Richard, Gilles (Diane Dicenso), Lise (Michel) Bigras, Pierre (Line Lauzon), Anne (Roger) Larocque and Chantal (Brian) Avon. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp Chapel, 180 Montreal Road, Ottawa. The family will receive friends at 10:30 a.m. For those wishing, memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association.
