It is with deep sadness that we regrettably announce the peaceful passing of Mr. Herve Chagnon surrounded by his family on March 13, 2017 at the Montfort Hospital, in Ottawa. He is survived by his wife Marie-Berthe Chagnon (nee Gosselin) of 48 years, Alain Chagnon (son), Julie Veit (nee Chagnon), son in law Rick, grandson Yanick et Brandon. Predeceased by his mother Anita (nee Legare), father Roger Chagnon. In lieu of flowera, consider making a donation to the Canadian Mental Health Association. A Memorial Mass will be held at the Paroisse Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes 435, Montreal Rd., on Tuesday March 21 at 10:30 a.m.
