Dear Cousin Jennifer,  I'm so happy Rick and I were able to visit you last fall and meet ALL your wonderful Children and Grandchildren.   You have been a wonderful "Matriarch" and your children all love you so much because you have loved them unconditionally their entire lives.  We're all going to miss you, your smile, your laugh, your funny comments and your love for life.  I feel blessed to have known you and to have been your friend.  Wish we could have lived a bit closer.   We've laughed a lot about our families as we were growing up, about our mothers that we fought with, our Fathers that we adored, and the similarities in our lives. You've definitely made a difference in your pocket of your world and we will all remember you fondly for a long time.  Rest in peace, we loved you.

My dear cousin, I have so many fond memories of our childhood when we were just two little girls and you lived in Como, Québec and I live in Valleyfield, Québec. Many visits to your home and oh yes last but not least. you hated to be dressed in lovely smocked dresses with frills and lace, so every now and then I would receive a big box of your clothes that your mother would send to me, so if I looked so little girlish I owe it to you my dear. I remember how you stood tall and I was so petite, I look at pictures of us and will never forget you my dear...Pixie... as you were called in those days long gone by. Jennifer Raiche will always be "Mrs. Levesque" to me. She was the alternate Mom and trusted friend to many teenagers in Queenswood Heights when we were young (back in the 1970s). I have many fond memories of her kindness, her sense of humour, her generosity and hospitality but probably most importantly to all of us teenagers was her patience and understanding with a house full of adolescents. 

I heard of her passing today, and even though it's been over 35 years since I've seen her, I am very saddened and miss her. 

To the Levesque family  please accept my heart-felt condolences for your loss. Your Mom was awesome. She made a difference in many people's lives.

Jess, Marc, JP and Julia I am so sorry and saddened by the loss of your Mom who was a lovely lady. I have been good friends with Jess since grade 1 when we went to school together in Kemptville. I have many memories of your Mom and with your entire family. I remember the 2 week visits Jess and I would take at each others houses in the summer, the trip to Louisville Kentucky and much more. I don't think I ever saw your Mom in anything but a good mood and she was always very nice to me.Friends and one day at a time will get you through this.

Dear Marc, JP, Julia and Family, in this time of great loss, you may take comfort in knowing your mom is at peace and will always be with you.  You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I am saddened to learn that my childhood second mom has passed and want to pass on my sincere sympathies to JP and family. I was looking forward to a reunion street hockey game with the QWood gang and I know She was happy to participate in the event when I mentioned it on Facebook shortly before her diagnosis.... I never got the chance to thank her as a mature adult who now appreciates how she was there for so many of us neighbourhood brats!! Never forget her driving me to CHEO to stitch up my forehead after taking a rusty nail in the head cleaning the garage on Fraser park when a two by four fell from the rafters and cut  a large gash in my head... cannot make the service as I'm out of town... time will heal the broken hearts and the pain will subside.... take good care.

Jen was one of the best people I've ever known. She was wise, funny, loving and so much fun to be around. There is going to be a huge hole in the lives of so many people now, including mine. My deepest condolences to her family, and everyone who will feel her loss.

I am so very sorry about Jen`s passing.  I met Jen about 5yrs ago through the Red Hat Society.  She was fun and full of laughter.  She will be greatly missed
