

88, of Ottawa, ON. passed away at home with his wife Olga, daughter Karen, granddaughter Christina and grandson in-law Jordan by his side on December 4th, 2020. Born in Lower Sandy Point, Shelburne, Nova Scotia, he was the son of the late Frederick and Edna (Crowell) MacIntosh and late his step-mother Evangeline (Sears) MacIntosh. Brother to the late Marion (late Jim) Moore and late Georgie (Ed) Wentzell. Will be forever loved and missed by his wife Olga (Sheremeta) MacIntosh, his children Edna Ann (Jeff) Kabelin, Karen MacIntosh, Larry (Rachel) MacIntosh, James (Susan) MacIntosh, along with his grandchildren: Johnathan Dabene, Jennifer (Eric) Henderson, Samantha MacIntosh, Micheal Turnbull, Cassandra Porteous, Mary (Luc) Boermans, Derek (Brittany) MacIntosh, Sarah (Dylan) Kamm-McEvoy, Cecilia Turnbull, Desiree (Ricky) Lafleche, Matthew Kamm (Margaret), Christina (Jordan) MacIntosh-Slater, Halie MacIntosh, Orlando Kealey, Melissa MacIntosh and Sebestien Kealey and his great-grandchildren: Tatianna Dabene, Emery Dabene, Bentley MacIntosh, Tristen Henderson, Sarah Slater, Gabriella Henderson, Brooklyn MacIntosh, Piper McEvoy, Aidyn Porteous, Domino MacIntosh- Harris, Welsey Boermans, Leonard McEvoy and soon to be grand baby MacIntosh-Slater. He will also be loved and dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Jerry was Mister MacGyver in everything he did, a kind hearted man, a loving soul, and he also loved being part of the Southgate Softball League and Walkley Bowling League for many years.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date, and in lieu of flowers please feel free to make an in memoriam donation to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation.
