April 19, 1945 - March 10, 2925
It is with heavy hearts that we announced the passing of Joseph Raymond Lecroix. Known as "Raymond" to some of his family. He was a man of unwavering love, a gentle soul with a big heart, and a source of strength for all who knew him.
Joseph was the beloved spouse of Marion Mallette and a devoted father to Peter (Connie), Sylvie (John) Ben, Barry (Layla), Annemarie (Trevor), and April. He was a proud grandfather and great-grandfather, touching the lives of many with his kindness and warmth. Among them, his grandson Marc held a special place in his heart, growing up alongside his "Pop" and sharing an unbreakable bond.
Born into a large family of 14 children, Joseph was predeceased by most of his siblings, but is survived by Gordon, Fidele, Reagan, and Claudette. His love for family knew no bounds, and he carried a deep dedication to those he cared about.
A hardworking man with a passion for music, Joseph found joy in playing the guitar - a talent he taught himself and cherished throughout his life. His music, much like his love, will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who knew him.
A private burial will be held on April 2, 2025 at Notre Dame cemetery (455 Montreal Road) at 11:00 AM. Family and friends are invited to join us afterwards for his celebration of life. It will be held on April 2, 2025 at the Eastview Royal Canadian Legion (294 Cyr Avenue, upper lounge) from 12:00 to 3:00 PM.
Joseph will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
