He was the beloved son of the late Emmanuel Vachon and the late Rachelle Kenville. He was the loved husband of the late Claire Vachon and the caring friend of Carole Dechamplain. He leaves in sorrow his dear sister, Simone (René Labelle). He was predeceased by his sisters and brothers: Jacqueline (Arthur Racine), Rheal (Cecile), Gerard (Romea), Françoise (Réal Raymond), Edgard, Gaston (Reina). He also leaves in sorrow many nephews, nieces and friends.
A memorial mass will be held on Friday, July 2, 2021, at 11 A.M. at St. Gabriel Church, 55 Appleford St, Gloucester, ON. After the mass, the burial of the ashes will be at Notre Dame Cemetery, 455 Montreal Road, Ottawa, ON.
In memory of our dear Joseph Ronald Vachon donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart Institute, Alzheimer Society of Canada, and Bruyère Foundation.
