Peacefully at Thorncliffe Place Retirement Residence in her 96th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Ronald, parents Mary (nee McIntosh) and Frederick Marston and brothers Fred and Ron. Loving mother of Glenn (Marit) of Metchosin British Columbia and David (Karen) of Ottawa Ontario. Greatly missed by her grandchildren of whom she was immensely proud and brought her great joy, Mathew (Melissa) of Victoria BC, Silja (Stephen) of Port Alice BC, Maren (Chad) of Metchosin BC, Erin (Spencer) of Manotick Station ON, Ian (Holly) of Manotick ON and Adam of Osgoode ON. Great-grandmother of Daelyn, Haley, Isla, Bria, Flynn, Leo, Peyton and Elon. Fondly remembered by sister-in-law Lois, niece Cathy (David) and long-time friends from her life in Toronto that showed her great kindness throughout her life and especially in later years, Betty, Dorothy, Bernice, Pat, Barb, Janice and Wendy.
Celebrations of Life will be held in Ottawa on Thursday July 15 at 11:00 am in the Chapel (pre-registration with McEvoy-Shields required due to COVID-19 restrictions) and in British Columbia.
