Passed away, at the Oakpark Residence, on August 16, 2013, at the age of 78. Dear daughter of the late Henri Venne and Anita Legault. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Wackid. Predeceased by her son Richard and her sister Louise Venne Mason. Devoted mother of Marguerite(Yvan)Clermont and Lynn. Adored grandmother of Stéphanie. She also leaves a daughter-in-law Danielle Blancher. The family would like to thank the staff at the Oakpark Residence for their excellent care. Family and friends are invited at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp, 180 Montreal Rd., Ottawa on Friday, August 23, 2013 starting at 1:00 p.m. and followed by a Memorial Service at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel of the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ALS Society of Canada or the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
