Peacefully at Peter D. Clark, after a 10-year battle with dementia. Predeceased by Gord (2003), her loving husband of 49 years. She was a loving mother to Gordon (Trudy), and remembered by her three surviving sisters. The family would like to thank all of the staff at Peter D. Clark who cared for her through this difficult illness. For those wishing, donations made to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated in lieu of flowers. A celebration of life party, with beverages and catering, is planned for Tuesday June 28, 2016 at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa from 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
