He will be sadly missed by his ex-wife and enduring friend, Dina Fonda and their two children, Grace Beane (Larry Beane, Leonidas Beane [deceased]) and Bryan Fonda (Pia Fonda, Liam Fonda, Kasey Fonda).
Martin was born in Harderwijk, Holland on November 6, 1928. He had four siblings and is survived by Nico Fokkema (Ina, Nicole). Martin will be deeply missed by family and friends.
