

Suddenly, as a result of an automobile accident, on Sunday, April 11, 2010 at the age of 23. Loved and will be dearly missed by his parents Jack Doucette and Helene (nee Bergeron) his grandfather Paul Bergeron, his aunt Laurel Doucette, uncles John Bergeron (Denise) and Claude Bergeron, cousin Deanna Bergeron, his
best friends Sean, Matt, Ian, and Amanda, and his friends and colleagues at the Black Dog Bistro. Visitation at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road at Albion Road on Thursday from 3-9 p.m. Funeral Friday at 11 A.M. at St. Leonard’s Church, Manotick.
Michael loved life, and lived it to the fullest. He loved his family, his friends and was always there for them. He loved music of all kinds, enjoyed learning about it, and sharing his knowledge with others.
We would like to thank the nurses, doctors, and social worker at the Emergency Department of the General Hospital as well as the Ottawa Police Service for their sensitivity and support.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Artscan Circle or to the Ottawa Bluesfest, Be In The Band Programs, both targeting the provision of instruments and music training to needy youth, or to any charitable organization of your choice.
