After a rewarding and fulfilling life, Millicent passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2023 in Ottawa.. She leaves behind her husband Allan of 65 years, a granddaughter and great-grandchild. Will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews in Barbados. She spent her nursing career in Manitoba and Ontario.
