The face of Nate's Deli for 42 years
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia in her 68th year at home. Cherished wife of Jim (her James), mother of Richard Litwinczuk, step Mom to Todd, Chantal, Neal and Christopher, beloved grandmother to Alicia, Ryan and Matthew. She will be sadly missed by her brothers Lyle (Annie), Ken (Pauline) and Glenn (Nadine) of Manitoba, her sister Gloria of Aylmer and her aunt Emma of Winnipeg. She is now with her beloved mother Katherine Eyjolfson (nee Moroz). In honouring Patricia's request, cremation has taken place and there will not be a formal service. A celebration of Patricia's life may be held at a later date. Special thanks go to the many medical professionals at the Ottawa Hospital Cancer and Pain Clinics. Her husband Jim would like to express his undying gratitude to the "A Team" that lovingly looked after Patricia during her final days, led by Dr. Lisa Aldridge, with nurses Marion Mason, Bard Merriman and Judy Duncan.
