Steven Easy, loving husband and father of four children, passed away at age 51 years. Steven was born on December 21, 1970 in Toronto, ON to Douglas Easy and Therese Benson (Bastien). Husband to Elaine Murphy, daddy to Aiden and Anna and an amazing step dad to Nick and Brandon whom he loved from day one. He was a proud grumpy Grandpa to Phoebe (5), Jaxx (19 months) and Steven Parker (4mths).
Steve loved watching hockey (go Sens go) and enjoyed camping, fishing and travelling. He enjoyed music and being the entertainer at family gatherings. Steve was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, jokes, his kind and compassionate spirit.
Steve was preceded in death by his father, Doug. He is survived by his wife Elaine, their 4 children, his Mother Therese, step father David Benson, his sister Kimberly, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 2-5 pm.
