Kaluski, StevenInsurance BrokerMay 22, 1921 – August 4, 2010Steve was the cherished husband of Irene and beloved father of Lynne, Sharon (Kevin), Connie (Joe), Lori (Gary), Debbie (Nick) and Kim (Jeff). He was the most wonderful Poppa to Andrea, Mark, Paul, Jessica, Stephen, Sean, Cara, Kate, Alison, Rachel, David, Matthew, Ian and Meg. He was a proud great grandfather to Mayah, Anikah, Mabel, Jayson and Jordyn. Family was first and foremost in his life and he made us all feel loved and special. We will miss him deeply. We wish to thank his long time care giver, Shireen Hall, for her many years of wonderful attention which made such a difference in his life. Special thanks also to the caring staff at Garry Armstrong Long Term Care Facility and the kind, supportive staff at the Montfort Hospital who made his last days comfortable and dignified. Family and friends are invited to visit at Racine, Robert and Gauthier Funeral Home at 180 Montreal Road (613) 241-3680 on Monday, August 9th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A mass at Assumption Church at 320 Olmstead St. in Vanier will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, August 10th. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
