Peacefully in hospital on Thursday, August 13, 2015 one month shy of her 89th birthday. Loving sister of Shirley (Frank Finn). Dear sister-in-law of Alma Rowan (nee Brennan). Predeceased by her parents Daniel and Anna Rowan ( nee Dunnigan) and brothers Kenneth and Edmund (the late Phyllis Ryan) and brother-in-law of the late Owen Moore. Devoted aunt “Di” to Shawn Rowan, Heather Murphy (Phillip), Daniel Rowan, and Larry Moore (Nicole). Great aunt to Kayla and Trevor Murphy, Emma, Brianna and Sarah Moore. Will be missed by residents and care givers of Westwood Retirement Home who will remember her fiestiness. Funeral Mass Saturday August 15, at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of the Visitation Church, 5338 Bank Street. Interment Parish Cemetery.
