He was born in Caples, W.Va., on Feb. 19, 1939, and was a resident of Ventura County for 54 years. He worked as a postal administrator for 33 years. His hobbies and interests included fishing, camping, and singing, and he was an active member at St. Paul. Mr.
Holeman is survived by his companion, Rochelle Williams; daughters, Esteva Lanee, Tonya and Belinda; four brothers; two sisters; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will take place from 3 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 3, at Conrad's Mortuary in Oxnard. Funeral service will be at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 4, at St. Paul Baptist Church, officiated by Bishop B.A. Huggins. Burial will be at Riverside National Cemetery.
