Dorothy Nell Bowman

Funeral services will be at 10:00am, Tuesday November 17, 2015, in the Chapel of Fuqua-Bankston Funeral home with Bro. William Sanders officiating. Interment will follow in Hopeful Church Cemetery in the Marley Mill Community.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5-7pm at Fuqua-Bankston funeral home.

Mrs. Bowman was born in Elba, Alabama on November 20, 1934, to the late Clarence Johnson and Irene Boswell Johnson. She was a Christian woman who loved the Lord and dedicated her life to her family.

She was proceeded in death by her husband S.J. Bowman and a daughter Darlene Bowman.

Surviving family include Sons: Johnny (Cindy) Bowman, Toby (Pam) Bowman, Scotty (Melinda) Bowman and Shawn Bowman; Daughter: Dinah Mowry and her husband Ed Houde. Grandchildren: Brittany Bowman, Jason Jones, Jasmine Martinez, Michael Mowry, Sarah Bowman, Parker Bowman, Spencer Bowman, Morgan Wetzel and Zackary Bowman. Great grandchildren: Andyn Garris, Arieonna Cooper, Peyton Sanders, Morgan Sanders, Skylr Gisssendanner and Ashton Jones. Two Brothers, Five Sisters and a very special friend Kitty Cole.
