He moved to Brevard county in 1995 from Deerfield Beach and has resided in Florida since 1971. Andy retired from the Broward County School Board in 1993.
Andy was an Army veteran serving during the Korean War.
Mr. Santoro was a member of the American Legion Post #117, VFW Post #4536, DAV Chapter #32, B.O.P Elks Lodge #2766 and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1406.
He is preceded in death by his wife Lilian of Palm Bay.

A graveside service for Andrew will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909.
