Arlene Evelyn Barstow, née Ferguson, 86, of West Melbourne, Florida, passed away on December 28, 2025.
She was born in Flushing, Queens, New York in 1939 to James and Louise Ferguson, née Mason. Arlene grew up in New York and married Lester Law Barstow, Jr. of New York City, on May 4, 1968. She was an avid bowler in her youth and very much enjoyed arts and crafts. Arlene enjoyed cooking and was actively involved in her church. She spent most of her life as a homemaker and raised three children.
Arlene was preceded in death by her husband Lester Law Barstow, Jr., father James Ferguson, mother Louise Ferguson, and sister Jeanne Stasi, née Ferguson, and is survived by her son Lester Law Barstow III (Patricia), son Loren James Barstow, daughter Lori Beth Barstow (Todd), and three granddaughters, Madison, Sophia, and Evelyn.
There will be a visitation held at Fountainhead Funeral Home, Friday January 2, 2026, from 11:00am – 12:00pm followed by a graveside service to be held at 12:00pm at Fountainhead Memorial Park, Palm Bay, Florida.
