She was born August 31, 1925, in Streby, West Virginia to the late Albert and Lillian Muntzing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscie Jess Simmons, a sister Emalee Stover and her twin sister Louella Simmons.
She is survived by her children Karen Campbell, and Clark (Carla) Simmons, grandchildren Carrie (Keith) Rather, Kassie Campbell, Clark (Melissa) Simmons and great grandchildren Isabel and Avery Rather and Brody, Easton and Reed Simmons.
A visitation for Arvella will be held Monday, March 3, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Fountainhead Memorial Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909. A celebration of life will occur Monday, March 3, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909. An interment will occur Monday, March 3, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida.
