

Born in Charleston, South Carolina, she was the daughter of Brenda Brown and Timothy Booker Sr. She attended and graduated Roger Williams University with Bachelor of Science. Barbie served faithfully in the United States Navy for fourteen years before working at L3 Harris Technology as an Administrative Assistant.
She was a member of LEAD and ERG organizations dedicated to advocating and developing its members through continuous training development initiatives, strategic partnerships and community engagement.
Barbie Jean enjoyed reading, journaling, cooking, gardening, listening to Jazz and Rhythm & Blues music, and especially spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Ralph Julien Jr, and their seven children: Jaden Julien, Jaiden Booker, Josiah Julien, Jevyn Julien, Bailee Julien and Braelyn Julien. She is also survived by her parents Brenda Brown and Timothy Booker Sr. and her sisters, Ebony Cross, Tymeka Booker, Mya Fox, and her brothers, Timothy Booker Jr. and Hausan Fox.
A Visitation will be held Friday, December 19, 2025 at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida at 12:00pm and a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 1:00pm, also at the Fountainhead Funeral Home.
Barbie Jean will be dearly missed by all who knew her and remembered for her kindnesses, laughter and generous spirit touching countless people.
