Survivors include her loving husband, Donald Riley; her daughter Tammy Rathbun, her sons Michael and Jason Parsons, 3 grandchildren, Matthew Neel, Paul Rathbun, and Tonya Rathbun of the U.S. Navy, her great granddaughter Lilly Beckett, and 2 brothers and 1 sister all out of state.
A memorial service will be held Saturday October 22, 2011 at 4p.m. at Risen Savior Lutheran Church on Port Malabar Blvd. Flowers can be sent to the church.
