Charles Bailey Kelley, age 86 passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2025. Charles was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and moved to Florida around 1948. He joined the Navy after graduation from Dan McCarty High School in 1957. Charlie worked for Northrop Grumman for 38 years. He travelled extensively for the company. The war in Vietnam (Oct.1968 to March 1969), He was a key member of the team that searched out Boeing Aircraft for refurbishment into the Joint Stars Aircraft that served in the Desert Storm in 1991 He is survived by his wife of 56 years Leonie (Lee), son John (Jay), grandson Shawn, daughter Patricia (Patti) and husband Tim Knasel.
Charlie loved to fish from a young fella and tinker around the house. He and Lee enjoyed cruising and made many trips to see the world. He will be missed by those who knew him.
