Chin-Yean Francis Leon-Thong passed away peacefully at home on October 24, 2023 with his family by his side. Francis was born June 1, 1924 in Mauritius, he served in the French Army. He lived in England for many years before relocation to the United States. He is survived by his partner Rita Morris.
A Private service will be held at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7359 Babcock St, Palm Bay, Florida, 32909
