Chun Meyers, 81, of Palm Bay, Florida, was welcomed into her eternal home on August 24, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Charles Meyers, with whom she shared 50 years of marriage. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Chun lived a life filled with love and generosity.
Born in Busan, South Korea, Chun later made her home in the United States. During Charles’s Air Force service, they enjoyed life in several places before choosing Palm Bay as the place to call home. She worked for many years as an assembly technician, where her dedication and strong work ethic earned the respect of all who knew her.
Chun will be remembered as playful, strong-willed, nurturing, honest, and selfless. She found joy in her garden, in her favorite Korean dramas, and in time spent with friends. She also cherished her church community, sharing her heart through food, especially her homemade japchae on Sundays. Most of all, she loved her family, making every gathering warm and welcoming, with food at the center of her love and the reminder that life is best when shared together.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Charles Meyers; her children, Paul Meyers and Caroline Thomas; and her grandchildren, Rosemary Meyers, Braden Thomas, and Ella Thomas. She is also survived by her siblings in South Korea.
Services will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025. A viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Fountainhead Memorial Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE in Palm Bay, followed by a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock Street SE in Palm Bay.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of Chun, to support research and care for those facing dementia.
