He was born June 2, 1930 in Waltham, MA. to Earl and Mildred Packard. Earl was a veteran serving in both the Navy and Army.
Earl was a loving and caring man, he will be sadly missed by his wife Joan and stepchildren, Faith Warren of Melbourne, Glenn Smith of CA. and Pamela (John) Boumann of Oregon.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Fountainhead Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
