She was married to (now- deceased) Herbert A. Cherrier for 54 years and is survived by her beloved spouse, Portus C. Barlow, her four children, Kathleen, Linda, Herbert, and Jennifer, 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, her two brothers Tom and Paul Fagan and many nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was a devoted and loving mother and taught her children the gift of love and kindness. As the wife of a U. S. Navy officer, Elizabeth lived all over the world. She worked in the real estate profession for many years and while in Newport RI was named real estate agent of the year. With Herbert, she retired to Vero Beach in 1982 and since then enjoyed many visits from her children and grandchildren. In the last several years she found great joy, happiness and fulfillment with Portus Barlow.
The world is less bright with her passing and she will be sorely missed by all.
