

Elizabeth Carolyn Osterman, age 75, passed away on April 1, 2016 at her home in Palm Bay. She was born on March 12, 1941 in South Point, Ohio, to Allen Hunter and Martha Belle (McBride) Jeter. She moved to Florida in 1964 from Ironton, Ohio. Elizabeth worked as a secretary for Pan American World Airways from 1965-1976 and for Advanced Board Circuits in Melbourne from 1981-1986.
She started playing the piano at age 7 and performed many recitals throughout her childhood. She later became an organist for Christ United Methodist Church, Fellowship United Methodist Church, and Wesley United Methodist Church.
Elizabeth will be remembered by her loving husband of 47 years, Dennis Osterman; sister Bertha McGuire of Circleville, Ohio; daughter Janet L. Smith (Roger) of Palm Bay; son Scott Osterman (Michelle) of Sebastian; son David M. Osterman (Melissa) of Melbourne; daughter Valerie A. Berry (Daniel) of Palm Bay; son Randall T. Osterman of Palm Bay; grandchildren Kelsey (Cole), Erica, David II, Brittany, Zachary, Tyler, Sabrina, Alexandria, Aaliyah, Jacob, Ashley, and Caleb; nieces & nephews Mark McGuire, Mary McGuire, James Wheeler, Jason Wheeler, and Jackie Wheeler. She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha B. Wheeler; father Allen H. Jeter; and brother Charles S. Wheeler.
