Celebrating the life of Fay P. Samuels (November 5, 1944 – June 4, 2015) Fay P. Samuels departed this life for her eternal rest Thursday June 4th at Holmes Regional Medical Center. Fay was born in Kingston, Jamaica to the loving parents of David and Lolita Hutchinson. After finishing high school she moved to London, England and began work as a Nurse. Fay moved to Queens, New York in 1968 with her husband. She worked for Florence Nightingale Nursing Home in Manhattan. They later moved to Palm Bay, Florida in 1997. She attended First Pentecostal Church of Palm Bay.
Fay enjoyed taking annual cruises with her husband, decorating her home and spending quality time with family and friends.
Fay will be mourned by her loving husband of fifty-one years Clinton Samuels; two sons Tray Samuels of Central Islip, NY and Steve Samuels of Queens, NY; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be held Saturday June 20th at Fountainhead Funeral Home Chapel with visitation beginning at 10:00am and service to follow at 11:00am.
