Gloria, you're gone but you'll always in our minds. We loved you at the SSA.

Gloria was such an inspiration to all of us who were blessed to have known her. She and I used to have talks about how lucky we are to have experienced cancer in that it gave us the opportunity to tell our family and friends how much they are loved. I will always remember her smiling face and will remember the conversations. She will be missed by all. My prayers to you Gil and to the children - until you all meet again.

I will always remember Gloria as the generous loving soul who always was there for anyone who would ask.

Our heartfelt condolence to you and yours.  Ms Gloria is and will ever be one of the strongest, most thoughtful, considerate, and always loving woman I have had the pleasure to know.  I loved her like a mother as she was a terrific listener.  She spoke often of her love for Gil and her wonderful children.  Our sympathy goes out to all of you at this time of Ms. Gloria's wonderful life ending and how peaceful things are for her in the arms of God.  He will take care of her until we all see each other again.

I had the pleasure of working with Gloria for many years at Social Security. She was a delightful lady who always had a smile and good word for everyone. She truly loved the Lord and Heaven is illuminated with her presence. Thoughts and prayers to the family.

We met under the same circumstances in Chemo.  You both made it bearable, I always looked forward to her smiling face,such an awesome woman!  I met 2 angels at Holmes Regional hospital when I met you both...now one has gone home.  My love and prayers to you Gil, and the family.

I am so sorry Gil.  I met you and Gloria while having chemo too.  You both always made it bearable, Gloria was such a strong, and wonderful woman, she was MY HERO! As I am so sad to hear of your loss, I must be happy she is safe in Gods arms now. God bless her, and you Gil.

My thoughts and prayers go out to each of you. Gloria was as close as a sister and as stern as a mother. She was truly one of a kind. She taught everyone she was around many of life's lessons through the way she lived hers.I will truly miss her.

I miss you my sister and friend!  I thank the Lord for the time that we spend together here on earth.  I know that someday will see each other again. You definately made Loving The Lord look so easy.  Miss our talks and laughter together.

Though I did not no Gloria for very long, she touched me greatly. She was truely a wonderful person who I will miss deeply. She had a gentle quality about her that you see in few people. My thoughts and praires during this diffucult time.

I was very blessed to have married into this family and have Gloria in my life. She was an amazing woman. I admired her strength, determination and faith. She was always such a joy to be around and always had a positive attitude, even when facing such a devastating disease. She was truly loved by all, and I am honored to have been loved by her.

Gloria was a very special lady.  I worked with her for many years and she always had a smile and an encourging word for everyone.  She always took time to stop what she was doing to help if I had a problem at work.  She did that with everyone.  I will always cherish the last visit I had with her.  Me and a couple of other retired SSA friends went to visit her on Jan 13th.  To her family you are all in our prayers has you go through this difficult time.

Our Gloria had an inward adorning beauty of the heart,with an unfading charm, of a gentle and peaceful spirit which is very precious in the sight of God.
There is an empty space forever that only is reserved for her.

Nothing touches a child like a mother's love. And no other one can take her place. You will always be in my heart.

Her kindness, patience and empathy were remarkable.  She could put a smile on any situation.  Gloria was loved by all who had the honor to meet her.  She will be missed always.

It was a privilege to know Gloria. She was always smiles and hugs.  She could cheer you up with her laugh alone.  Gary and I will miss her always.

Deb, Although I didn't know your mom, I know you, so some of her is in you as well as how she raised you.  You are an outstanding person, so your mom must have been, too.  We miss you!

I miss you my sister and my friend!  I can trully picture you rejoicing and dancing in Heaven before our Lord!  I will miss our precious and powerful times of prayer and reflection.  And also all the fun stories you shared with me about your youth, including long talks with your Dad.  I was so Blessed to have you in my life.  I have never met such a Godly woman like you, no one will ever take your place in my heart.

Gloria was such a loving, kind soul.  She always knew how to put a smile on my face. Her love of life was like no other I have ever met. She came to the office even when she wasn't feeling quite right. Such a caring woman who will now be an angel to all she loved.  My deepest sympathy goes out to her family and friends. Remember the good times and the love she had for you.

Few people have a chance to know someone as remarkable as Gloria.  I am lucky to be one of them.

We feel so blessed to have known Gloria. She was truly a loving person and an inspiration to anyone fighting cancer. We find peace in knowing that she is no longer in pain and pray for her family during this difficult time.

I will miss the joy and love that was so much a part of Gloria.  She looked for the best in everything and everyone and I have been humbled by knowing her.  My prayers are with you all.

Eddie, so saddened to see this about your mom. May the Lord bless you and your family and stay close to y'all during this time...and always!!

To all of Gloria's family, I wish you comfort from our precious Lord. I cherish memories of when she was 1 of 4 beautiful little girls, in Bartow, eating Sunday dinners at the Commercial Hotel.  I was Mr. Jackson's granddaughter and cousin to Gloria's sister, Diane. God bless you all.
