Hazel Ann (Caldwell) Miller, age 93, passed away on September 15, 2015 in Tyler, Texas. She was born on October 12, 1921, the oldest of 13 children born to Ada (Hoskins) and Corbitt Caldwell Sr. She was married to Joseph M. Hawk from 1939-1963 and James Miller from 1970 until his death in 1990. She is survived by a daughter, JoAnn (Ed) Parks of Tyler, TX; four grandchildren: Tammie Renfro (James), Janet Fulper (A.C.), Jeffery Parks (Brenda), and Patrick Parks (Lina); 10 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; siblings Clyde (Doris) Caldwell, Ruby Cameron (Charles), Corbitt Caldwell Jr. (Ruth), Bobbie Jean Militello (David), Mary Rogers (Jess), Cora Sucarichi, and William Horn (Sandra); sisters-in-law Dorothea & Margaret; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by siblings James, Geneva, Isaiah, Delbert, and Irene. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 21, 2015 at 11am at Fountainhead Funeral Home in Palm Bay. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service and committal will follow at Fountainhead Memorial Park.
