Heather L. Hammond, age 61, of Tamarac, Florida passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Heather was born November 26, 1959. She was the wife of Jason Hammond and they shared 31 years of marriage together.
Heather was born in 1959 in Chicago, Illinois to parents Robert and Lisa Riback. During life she worked as a property manager for over 40 years. She had a love of whales, dolphins, and casinos.
Heather is survived by her loving husband Jason Hammond; sons Zack and Alex Hammond; and brothers Scott and Jason Riback.
A visitation for Heather will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
