Jason Paul Hammond, 53, was born in Oswego, NY, on August 18, 1972. He passed away on April 11, 2026, in Palm Bay, Florida. Jason was a longtime business owner who touched the community one paint job at a time. He was surrounded by love, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be remembered for the life he lived and the deep love he had for his family.
Jason was predeceased by his wife, Heather Hammond, and his son, Matthew Bremmer. He is survived by his mother, Pamela Hammond (69), and was predeceased by his father, Edward Hammond (70). He is also survived by his two sisters, Kristie Hudson (51) and Rebecca Lammers (50), and his brother, Joshua Hammond (42).
Jason leaves behind his two sons: Zachary Hammond (31) and his wife, Rachel, along with their daughter, Olivia; and Alexander Hammond (27) and his wife, Jada, along with their son, Lucas. He also shared a special bond with his close friend, Michael Warren. All who knew him will continue to honor his memory and cherish the time they shared together.
Jason's presence will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on through the love he gave and the family he built.
