Joyce Doreen Olivieri

Born in East Battersea Park, England, she was the daughter of Thomas Kennett and Emily Pearsol.

Joyce was a practicing Evangelical believer. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Palm Bay, Florida; and an active volunteer at the Sharing Center, the Genesis House, Mosoj Yan (Cochabamba, Bolivia), and the Palm Bay Library Monday Knitting Group.

She is predeceased by her husband Joseph N. Olivieri, grandson Theron D. Nelson, and granddaughter Denise M. Olivieri. She is survived by her sons Kennett (Sherry) Olivieri and Thomas (Sharon) Olivieri; daughters Doreen (Don) Nelson, and Mary (Dan Debolt) Olivieri; grandchildren: Darlene (Bernardo) Alvarado, Ann Marie (Ray Luis) Olivieri, Joanna Nelson, Gina Olivieri, Kevin (Karly) Olivieri, and Justin D. Nelson; and great grandchildren: Damien Nelson, Jacob Raynsford, Isabella MacNiven, Connor Raynsford, Natalie MacNiven, Sophia Luis, and Geonna Luis.

The family offers special thanks to Joyce’s many friends, especially her beloved neighbors Deana and Dan Smith, Darlene Kelly (Louis), and Carol Cotter (John).

The visitation will be held on November 24th, 2017 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida, 32909. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM at Christ United Methodist Church, 7795 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida 32909.
