

Born in Bath Settlement, Berbice, he was the son of Dukhi and Phulwantya. He attended Rosignol High School. He was a well-known dragline operator and worked on the Black Bush Pola and Tapacuma Projects. He also worked with Massey Ferguson throughout Guyana.
Kuarlall was a very independent man that loved to travel with his beloved wife. He loved touring and spending time with his family. He loved playing with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be remembered for his amazing speeches, his big smile and his stories.
He is survived by his wife Chandra, children Leslie, Ramesh, and Baby, his grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife Longmattie and his eldest daughter Verone.
A viewing for Kuarlall will be held Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock St SE, Palm Bay, Florida 32909. A celebration of life service will occur Friday, May 26, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 7359 Babcock St SE, Palm Bay, Florida 32909. A graveside service will occur Friday, May 26, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida.
