Lucille, M. Harper, 98, of Melbourne, FL died Monday (11/18) in a local nursing home. A native of New Castle, Penn she came to the Melbourne area from there. She retired from the New Castle Plate Company where she had worked as a plate painter.
Survivors include her sons: Ernest (Lorraine) of Palm Bay, Ronald of Melbourne; one granddaughter: Regina Mahoney; one great-granddaughter: Shane.
