Luis was born in Cayey Puerto Rico. In 1963 he was relocated to NY to be united with his family. He thrived and was an A student excelling in Sports, earning MVP of his baseball team.
He worked at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals for 37 years. He moved to Palm Bay, Florida in 2017. He was elected to The Heron Bay Board of Directors and loved meeting folks and lending helping hand. Luis enjoyed spending time with his Hahn's Macaw parrot Rocky whom would sing, whistle, laugh and yes "talk" with him.
A visitation for Luis will be held Friday, June 13, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida. Following the visitation will be a Celebration of Life at 5:00 PM at Fountainhead Memorial Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida.
Luis was beloved by his family and friends and he loved them too.
