Magdaline I. Rattigan, 76, of Palm Bay, Florida, entered into eternal life on Saturday April 23, 2016. Magdaline was born on March 21, 1940 in St. Anns, Wilberforce, Jamaica to her parents Sylvester and Hortence Lindsay.
She moved to Brevard County from Queens, New York in the early 1990’s.
Magdaline is of the Catholic faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband Steadman Rattigan, and daughter Theresa Brown.
She is survived by her daughters Blossom Rattigan of Palm Bay, Florida, Cynthia Barnett of Queens, New York, and Rita Rattigan of Tampa, Florida; sister Asinthia Gordon of Palm Bay, Florida; brothers Noel Lindsay of Japan and Ernest Lindsay of Tampa, Florida; sisters Alma Lindsay of Kingston, Jamaica and Maude Simms of Leeds, England; brother Wilfred Mumby of Kingston, Jamaica; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 stepdaughters, Deloris and Yvonne; 1 stepson, Vincent; and a host of relatives and friends
Calling hours are 5:00pm- 8:00pm Wednesday May 4, 2016 at Fountainhead Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3:00pm Thursday May 5, 2016 at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida, 32909. Entombment will follow at Fountainhead Memorial Park.
