Marion A. Monett, of Melbourne died Friday, (11/7) in the William Childs Hospice House. A native of Bronx, New York, she came to the Melbourne area in June of 1991 from the Bronx. Marion had been a records administrator for a law firm prior to retiring to Florida. She was a Presbyterian and a member of the Presbyterian Church of the Good Shepherd of Melbourne. She also had been a member of the Pleasantside Order of Eastern Star Chapter #241 of Pleasantville, NY, the PEO and the Scots American Society of Brevard. She loved to travel and those who knew her know that she was a great shopper.
Marion is survived by her husband Frederick “Fred”.
