Born in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, Mark was the son of Leo and Janice Gerler, the father of Riley and Cole Gerler, and the brother of Gary Gerler and Tammy Naumann. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Biblical Theology and was working on a Doctorate Degree. He was employed at Fairfield Inn and Suites Marriott in the maintenance department.
Mark enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing cards, fishing, and living life to the extreme. He will be remembered for his undying love for his children. He was bold and strong willed, but at the same time loving and a hard worker. He will be missed by all.
The funeral service will be held on November 25th at 2:00 PM at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7303 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida. The graveside service and interment will follow directly after at Fountainhead Memorial Park. The visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to the time of the service.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to assist with funeral expenses.
