Celebrating the life of Melvin Lewis McFadden (11-27-1933 – 04-19-2014) Melvin Lewis McFadden was born in Wilmington, Indiana to the parents of Dewey and Daisey McFadden. After Melvin finished High School he joined the United States Air-Force where he served for 4 years. Melvin was a member of Masonic Lodge in Cincinnati, OH. He enjoyed making clocks, fishing, church and he was known for being a jokester and a good family man. Melvin worked the majority of his life as a policeman.
He leaves to mourn his wife of 57 years Nora McFadden., Four sons Michael of Nabb, IN; Melvin Jr. of Bonita Springs, FL; Brian of Satellite Beach, FL; and Alan of Portland, TN; one daughter Vicki O’Donnell of Melbourne, FL.
Services will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Fountainhead Funeral Home Chapel with visitations starting at 2:00pm followed by the service at 3:00pm.
