

Born in San Anton, Ponce Puerto Rico, he was the son of Pedro Carbonell and Maria Bella Cortez. Pedro was a devout Jehovahs Witness dedicating his life in baptism on June 22, 1975. He had the privilege of serving as an elder to various congregations for over 40 years.
Pedro Antonio Carbonell is survived by his beautiful wife Celia, sharing 63 years of marriage. He is also survived by their six children, Carmen Milagros, Diana, Rafael and his wife Helena, John, Lizette, and Nancy Ivelisse, his 11 grandchildren, Christina Nadeen, Steven Edgar, David John and his wife Jennifer Danielle, Dayna Lynne, Natrall Born, Austin Gregory, Shakilah and her husband Daniel Thomas, Rafael Esteban, Shanel Ann, Oscar Andres, Kendall Robert and his wife Amyiah Chintia. His great grandchildren Paris and Phaeton. His siblings Pedro Juan Carbonell, Lucy Carbonell-Bogen, Robert, George and James Carbonell, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews including the Padilla family.
Pedro Antonio Carbonell moved from Puerto Rico to New York City at 16 where he worked in the food industry and learned to drive trucks, he became a delivery truck driver for the 7-Up soda and beverages Company for 21 years always being a great provider for his family. In 1991 he retired and lived the rest of his years in Palm Bay Florida.
Pedro Antonio Carbonell loved gardening, carpentry, but most of all he loved music and dancing. He loved talking to others about his faith and as a congregation elder, he loved helping others maintain their faith.
A calm and easy going humble man, Pedro will surely be missed by his family, friends and fellow believers. But he knew that he would see them all again.
